About The Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Munich, you'll be at the forefront of our talent strategy, building robust pipelines and delivering an outstanding candidate experience that sets us apart in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referral programs and conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding in Germany
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop position specifications
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to continuously improve hiring processes
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and competitive intelligence in the talent acquisition space and partner with local search firms and headhunters to expand sourcing capabilities and access specialized talent pools.
  • Work closely with local Employer Branding team to align recruitment messaging and campaigns with regional talent attraction goals in Germany.

About The Team

You'll be joining our international Talent Acquisition team strategically located across Zurich, London, and Bratislava. Our diverse team of Talent Acquisition Partners manages comprehensive 360-degree recruitment cycles for the entire EMEA region. We take pride in maintaining full ownership of the recruitment journey from initial sourcing through to contract creation and onboarding. As a dedicated recruitment service provider to all Swiss Re business units and legal entities throughout EMEA, we play a crucial role in building the organization's future workforce.

About You

You're a relationship-builder at heart with a strategic mindset and a passion for finding the perfect match between talented professionals and meaningful opportunities throughout Germany. You thrive in fast-paced environments and approach recruitment challenges with creativity and resilience.

We need you to bring in the following must haves:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a similar industry
  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment for various levels and functions
  • Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices in hiring
  • Excellent interviewing skills with ability to assess both technical capabilities and cultural fit
  • Proficiency with ATS systems and recruitment technologies

These Are Additional Nice To Haves

  • Written and spoken German language
  • Experience with data-driven recruitment strategies and metrics analysis
  • Knowledge of employer branding techniques and candidate marketing
  • Experience with international/cross-border hiring
  • Background in implementing innovative sourcing techniques

Role

For Germany, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 64,000 and EUR 106,000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:

  • the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
  • the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.

In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. Further you will enjoy a variety of global and location specific benefits.

Eligibility may vary depending on the terms of Swiss Re policies and your employment contract.
