For our Head Office in Munich we are looking for an E-Commerce Working Student with passion and drive.

As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Implementing and optimizing daily site merchandising updates based on key launches, inventory, marketing calendar and overall Merchandising Guidelines in close collaboration with HQ E-Commerce team
• Continuously monitor & report site bugs related to product and content displayed
• Monitoring competition on current trends and best practices of e-commerce competitors
• Translations of SEA/SEO texts
• Optimizing on-site search results based on weekly performance trends
• Reviewing and validating translations for all digital touchpoints (Newsletter, Homepage, Paid Search & Social)
• Testing of new functionalities across all channels
• Supporting the marketing team with local retail events for E-Commerce customers
• NPS monitoring
• Testing ordering process
  
  

Profile

• University student in the Business field or similar
• First significant experience ideally in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing
• Fluent in German and English - another language on top is a plus
• Confident with Excel and PowerPoint
• An analytical mindset and strong organization skills in combination with an interest in digital trends
• Knowledge of the E-Commerce/digital/analytics KPIs and tools (Google Analytics) is a plus
