About The Job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the Concierge is responsible for all guest requests. The Concierge reports to the Head Concierge.

As Concierge, You Will Responsible For The Following Duties

• Looking after our guests before, during and after their stay
• Competent advice in all matters and contact person for all wishes and needs
• Organisation of internal and external experiences, from restaurant reservations and transport to guided tours and procurement of theatre or concert tickets
• Liaising with local institutions
• Ensuring that the luggage service runs smoothly by working closely with the hotel bellboys
  
  

As Concierge, We Expect From You

• Successfully completed training in the upscale hotel industry
• Professional experience as a concierge, at the front office or guest relations
• Member of ‘Les Clefs d'Or’, or membership applicant desirable
• Charming and cordial demeanour
• Structured and organised way of working
• Fluency in German and English
