Within our People & Culture HR Tech team we are seeking a motivated and talented Working Student or Intern at our headquarters in Munich. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international company environment, supporting our HR digitalization and transformation initiatives.

Working Hours & Duration

• As a Working Student, you can work up to 20 hours per week during the semester.
• For Interns, we are flexible regarding working hours and can offer full-time positions (preferably 40 hours per week) for a duration of 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Tech team in the implementation and optimization of HR systems and digital tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
• Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, process maps, and status reports
• Help track and update action items and project deliverables
• Support test execution and help document results
• Prepare communication materials for project stakeholders
• Consolidate and validate data from multiple sources to support decision-making
• Assist in process improvement and knowledge management initiatives
• Leverage the usage of AI in HR processes and contribute ideas for integrating AI-driven solutions into HR Tech

Requirements

• Enrolled student or recent graduate in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field
• Strong interest in HR technology, digital transformation, and process optimization
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
