This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing responsibilities. We are building a solution to help customers, so the best way to learn from them is to work closely to them. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities, with a passion for solving complex problems and driving innovation in the EMC field.Key ResponsibilitiesWork directly with customers to understand their needs and develop effective solutions. Provide expert EMC consultation and troubleshooting support to customersAnalyze electronic systems (PCB, schematic, mechanics, requirements, test plans, and reports...) to make EMC assessments.Conduct EMC (pre)compliance testing to support the customer in their journeyCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product and Tech) to improve our service offeringHelp drive innovation in EMC testing and solution methodologiesRequired QualificationsBackground in Electronics Engineering or related field. Title is not important, electronics should be your passion and you should have some obsession with EMC.5+ Years experience in Hardware Design and DevelopmentDemonstrated experience in EMC testing and troubleshootingUnderstanding of EMC standards and compliance requirements. You do not need to know all the standards, just be willing to navigate through them to support with customers.Experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity, putting yourself in their shoes and understanding their pains and needs.Strong written and verbal communication abilitiesDesired QualificationsExperience with pre-compliance testing equipmentKnowledge of international EMC standards (FCC, CE...)Experience in technical sales or customer supportProject management experiencePersonal QualitiesAn Innovation mindset with willingness to challenge traditional approaches. Willing to change the mindset "EMC is black magic" by "EMC is a problem that has not been tackled seriously enough"Strong customer service orientation.
