Job Description
We are thrilled to offer an 18-month contract opportunity for a dynamic individual to contribute to the success of our Europe Central (EUC) region. The role guides the Business Unit’s Commercial Planning processes and provides valuable insights to optimise consumer sales, helping us achieve our strategic objectives. This role sits within our Western Europe Regional Commercial Development team with a specific focus on providing commercial value for Europe Central. Please apply with an English CV.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead the Commercial Planning cycle for the sales team by running monthly processes, establishing clear briefs, and identifying risks and opportunities using CTM (Commercial Target Management) and TPM (Trade Promotion Management) tools and dashboards.
- Prepare and implement the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process, ensuring plans remain active throughout the execution year.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure all are prepared to achieve strategic priorities, engaged with deployments, and maintaining high data quality in planning tools for effective analysis.
- Own the Sales Assumption Review (SAR) meeting to promote commercially aligned monthly planning.
- Support in the development of the Business Unit (BU) annual Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) with valuable insights and drive its execution through in year monthly processes.
- Be the Ambassador for local initiatives to ensure Sales teams utilise tools consistently working with Super Users and relevant Product teams
- Manage Customer Pulse and Confidentiality processes regionally and locally to address internal and external needs as well as other ad-hoc commercial deployments.
- Drive the execution of key RCD priorities in partnership with Revenue Management, Portfolio, and Category teams.

Do you have what it takes?
- A proven track record of business performance in commercial roles, with a current understanding of the retail and channel landscape across Western Europe, particularly in the German-speaking countries sitting in Europe Central.
- Exposure working within a large international manufacturing organisation or retail environment, with strong expertise in establishing sales processes and governance practices.
- Proven commercial competence that enables the delivery of structured deployments and effective solutions to sales teams that demonstrate growth strategies.
- A strategic mentality with the capability to engage and influence multiple partners across various functions and levels.
- An in-depth analytical approach with a high proficiency in systems and tools, with the ability to build efficiencies for others and garner support for initiatives that provide solutions.
- An ability to work 3 days from our office in Munich (2 days from home)
- Fluent in German as well as proficient in English both written and spoken
