Tasks
- Work directly with the founders across fundraising, operations, and GTM
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews
- Build and test new internal processes to streamline scale
- Create materials for investors, partners, and customers
- Support launch planning, product development, and hiring efforts
- Be a thought partner in key strategic discussions and decisions
Requirements
Must-haves:
- Fluent German & English speaker
- Based in or willing to relocate to Munich (on-site role)
- Hands-on, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
- Strong communication, presentation & research skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Bonus points:
- Prior experience in startups, consulting, VC, or high-growth environments
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or GTM strategies
