We are looking to appoint a Chief Product Officer who will help define a bold product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives of our Design Division. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch optimization of all products in the Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the product management and design teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
- Segment customers and ensure that value propositions have a clear product market fit
- Work across brands to see what elements can be built together like UI, data lake etc and the rest can be handled like APIs
- Collaborate with software engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs
- Prioritize product features and allocate resources to maximize customer value and business growth
- Monitor and analyze key product metrics and KPIs, driving continuous improvement
- Serve as a product evangelist internally and externally, promoting product vision and value
- Collaborate with various brands and jointly recommend simplification of product and brand architecture
- Ensure products are differentiated in the market and leverage emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in product leadership roles within software, ARR, or SaaS companies
- Deep understanding of the construction tech industry
- Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated track record of driving product innovation and successful launches
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
