IT Site Lead - Germany (m/f/d) - #2214804

We are looking for an IT Site Lead – Germany to manage our IT operations at the Munich site, supporting both remote and on-premises users. You will oversee a team of analysts while collaborating with the global service delivery team. This role has a strong focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) while also incorporating elements of IT Operations Management (ITOM).

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of IT analysts, providing mentoring, training, and performance management to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee IT operations at the Munich site, ensuring service levels are met, escalations are handled effectively, and critical incidents are resolved promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, implementing process enhancements, and championing ITSM best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business needs are met, providing expert guidance and support for IT infrastructure, software, and services.
• Ensure compliance and security, assisting with eDiscovery activities and aligning with organizational policies for IT governance.

• Proven experience in IT service delivery, with a strong background in ITSM and ITOM.
• Leadership skills, with a track record of managing and developing IT teams in a dynamic environment.
• Technical expertise in troubleshooting, hardware/software support, and IT infrastructure management.
• Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to perform root cause analysis and drive long-term solutions.
