What's exciting about the role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, supporting sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between our clients and internal teams. You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving operational efficiency


Key responsibilities:



  • Prepare offers and contracts for both new and existing customers.

  • Provide day-to-day support to a portfolio of customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.

  • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities to generate new business.

  • Assist with payment terminal exchanges and ensure smooth transitions for customers.

  • Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based customer relationships.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service across all customer segments.

  • Analyze customer interactions and compile detailed visit reports.

  • Create and maintain customer reports to support decision-making.

  • Update and manage master data in the CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure accuracy.

  • Collaborate closely with a telesales agency to enhance customer outreach


Skills and Experience we desire

  • Fluent written and spoken German language skills, with good proficiency in written and spoken English

  • Proven experience in a similar sales role, with passion for sales and customer engagement.

  • Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation. resilience and natural ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills

  • Professional, confident and well-presented with a positive attitude and a service and solution-oriented mindset
