Working Student / Intern in Content & Brand Strategy @Aybee (Munich) - #2209907

We’re looking for a driven Content Intern—someone who’s passionate about storytelling, brand building, and creating content that drives real impact. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our founding team to shape Aybee’s voice across multiple channels and craft high-quality, strategic content that reaches and resonates with our audience.

From day one, you’ll take ownership of projects spanning thought leadership, product marketing, onboarding communication, and case studies. Whether it's writing a compelling LinkedIn post, producing onboarding materials, or developing explainer videos, your work will directly influence how brands engage with Aybee.

Minimum duration is 4 months; longer preferred. German & English language required.

Our software helps brands test product ideas, enhance existing products, and get insights with AI-powered, interactive dashboards. Aybee’s vision is to offer their innovative software solution for every B2C company selling online, enabling them to implement customer-centricity in the product development process and create products consumers truly love.

Our three co-founders bring diverse backgrounds with extensive experience in market research, software/tech, and investment banking.

What you will contribute

• Develop and implement a content strategy across multiple channels (e.g. Website, LinkedIn, Blog, Newsletter) to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Create high-quality, target group-oriented content (text, image, video) that explains Aybee’s value proposition and showcases real customer success stories.
• Produce clear, engaging product communication materials that simplify complex topics for our clients — including onboarding materials, help center articles, explainer videos, and tutorials.
• Own and evolve Aybee’s brand voice by managing key content, product marketing, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success) to align messaging and ensure a consistent customer journey.

What you bring with you

• You are available for a minimum duration of 4 months
• You have gained initial practical experience in demanding, dynamic environments (e.g., internships or working student roles in high-growth startups, fintechs, consultancy, etc.)
• You are highly motivated to join an early-stage tech startup and excited to build something from scratch with real impact.
• You thrive in high-responsibility environments and seek fast personal and professional growth— learning in 6 months what others might in 2 years.
• You take full ownership of your work, go above and beyond without being asked, and care deeply about the outcome.
• You bring a strong team mindset and are ready to drive own initiatives with commitment and ambition.
• You enjoy working closely with the team on-site but value results over rigid structures—flexibility is part of your mindset.
• Fluently in German and English language
