Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to automotive customers and dealers in the Slovakian and Czech market and coordinate and manage cross-channel marketing campaigns based on Veact products
• Active participation in our international Account Management Team with regard to administrative tasks
• Supporting various projects and analyses in different areas of Aftersales Marketing
• Take responsibility for ongoing data maintenance in relation to our CRM System and mobility platform
• Support the onboarding process for new clients
• Working together with our Operations department

Who you are and what you bring:

• Registered student (m/f/d) in economics, business administration or a related field
• It is important that you can communicate very well in German and English (Czech and Slovakian it´s a plus)
• Experience in account management/customer support through internships or working student activities it´s a plus
• You have excellent communication skills and are proficient in MS Office
• It is particularly important that you have a very reliable way of working
• You have a keen interest in topics such as automotive, digitalisation, big data and marketing
