Job Description

• Data is everything: You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, organizing archives and structuring documents in tools to ensure easy access and efficient customer documentation management, in response to account managers' requests
• Take responsibility: You participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and solutions during collaborative meetings
• Stakeholder management: You create visual aids -such as diagrams- to enhance customer communication, with a focus on R&D and key areas and tailor materials by customizing platform overviews to meet specific customer needs
• Being strong together: You will support the creation of playbooks to enable the sales team to achieve success
• Identify needs: You will provide support on various topics as needed, based on the requirements and needs of the team or management
  
  

Your Profile

• Study field: You are currently studying Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering, Marketing or Business Management or similar. Your program should ideally combine technical expertise with Marketing or Business Management
• Personality: You are a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. Furthermore, you possess a self-motivated mindset, enabling you with the capacity to work independently, take initiative and drive tasks forward with minimal supervision
• Way of working: You possess excellent organizational abilities, enabling efficient task prioritization, management of multiple projects and timely completion of deadlines. Moreover, you have strong communication skills to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and interact seamlessly with colleagues
• Skills: You are able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and adjust to new challenges
• Work environment: You will be comfortable working in a remote setting and collaborating effectively with a distributed team across Europe
• Language skills: You have fluent Business English skills, both written and spoken. Proficiency in German would be a plus
