What we offer

You will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of private equity investing. A structured feedback process will allow you to grow and develop as you progress with the internship. During the internship, you will:

• Gain a solid understanding of private equity transactions and investment structures
• Work alongside investment professionals on live deal situations
• Undergo a dedicated financial modeling training course (AMT Training)
• Improve your analytical and financial skillset

What we are looking for

Our internship program is for candidates currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with a passion for businesses and finance. In particular, we are looking for individuals with the following profile:

• Intellectual curiosity and open-mindedness
• Ability to take ownership and work independently
• Effective communication skills in German (native) and English
• Practical experience in private equity, investment banking, transaction services or management consulting
• Excellent academic track record at a leading university
