The Opportunity:

Become a key driver of our company's future growth and strategic direction! As our Corporate Development & Operations Analyst you'll work directly alongside the Director of Corporate Development, diving deep into critical strategic analyses & reporting, market insights, and high-impact cross-functional projects. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our expansion strategies, evaluating exciting investment opportunities, and crafting compelling narratives for leadership and investors. This role offers a hybrid work environment with three days a week in our Munich office.

Your Mission:

  • Support the Director of Corporate Development in strategic analyses, and market/competitor research to inform key business decisions
  • Independently create reports, analyze data, monitor trends & changes across Sales, Customer, Marketing and Business Operations and proactively provide the C-Level with recommendations for actions based on data
  • Manage strategic cross-functional projects (incl. GTM expansion, launch of strategic partnerships) and support the development and execution of the company's strategic plans, including potential M&A and investment evaluations
  • Develop business expansion opportunities and create corresponding business plans.
  • Prepare materials for management, the Board of Directors, and investors, including presentations, reports, and analyses
  • Track and evaluate the performance of investments and partnerships, providing recommendations for portfolio optimization.

What you need to succeed:

  • Successfully completed a university degree in business administration, economics, finance or a related field
  • Relevant full-time, professional experience (excluding internships) within corporate strategy, strategy/top-management consulting, venture capital or growth software firms
  • Highly structured and effective work style, both independently and in a team
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Ability to simplify complex information and communicate it effectively to c-level and leaders
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German skills
