About The Position

As a Working Student Influencer Marketing Spain (m/f/d), you will support the preparation and implementation of our collaborations with Spanish influencers and work closely with our expansion team.

Your mission

• You identify Spanish influencers via various social networks such as Instagram and TikTok using state-of-the-art tools and get them excited about mybacs. You also manage the inbound enquiries
• You focus in particular on the performance aspect and pursue a strategic and analytical approach to achieve budget targets together with the expansion team
• You are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with spanish influencers and their managers or agencies, thus expanding mybacs' network
• You create contracts, voucher codes, tracking links and briefings for campaigns
• You keep a close eye on trends, competitor activity, and influencer behavior in the Spanish market - and proactively bring new ideas, formats, and collaboration opportunities to help us stand out
  
  

What You Bring Along

• You are currently in an advanced semester of a degree programme in marketing, communications, e-commerce or a comparable degree programme
• You have a strong interest in the Spanish influencer marketing landscape, including the latest industry trends - hands-on experience or a strong network in the Spanish influencer scene is highly valued.
• You understand how to identify and build relationships with relevant creators and can assess influencer-brand fit.
• You have an affinity for numbers and enjoy performance-driven work
• You are a team player, proactive, open-minded and have a can-do mentality - we’re looking for someone who takes ownership, suggests ideas, and drives collaborations forward
• You are business fluent in Spanish and fluent in written and spoken English.
• Sound knowledge of Excel is also an advantage
