Your Mission
As a GenAI Data Scientist at Hawk, you’ll play a key role in integrating cutting-edge generative AI technology into our product offerings, enhancing productivity for both our customers and internal teams. You’ll work on developing smart AI-driven tools that leverage unstructured data, achieving human-level or better accuracy to solve complex challenges in real-time. With a focus on scalable machine learning pipelines and robust engineering practices, you’ll ensure our AI solutions remain at the forefront of innovation. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help shape the future of AI-driven automation in financial crime prevention and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
- Incubate new cutting-edge generative AI (genAI) technology and integrate them into our product offerings.
- Enhance productivity for both employees and customers through the development of smart genAI tools.
- Achieve human-level or better accuracy by enabling machines to access the same unstructured data sources as humans.
- Apply your exceptional software engineering skills to ensure a consistent, efficient delivery pipeline.
- Contribute to designing a scalable machine learning pipeline capable of running AI models in real-time.
- Foster a culture of best practices, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Deliver tested, robust, and high-quality code that prioritizes the needs of customers alongside stakeholders like operations, sales, and development teams.
- 3+ Years Data Science experience
- Experience with deep learning (tensorflow, pytorch, keras)
- Strong knowledge about the foundations of genAI models, in particular transformers,
- Experience working with large language models, including prompt engineering, RAGs, agentic AI solutions
- Experience with genAI tooling, including the AWS stack
- You are up to date with the latest developments in the machine learning field
- Programming skills in Python
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills; a team player and keen learner
- Passionate about data and analytics
- MSc or PhD in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or similar
