To support the existing resorts and the growing portfolio in our key markets, the Regional Sales Office for Germany, Austria & Switzerland, with its location in Munich, is offering exciting opportunities as part of an energetic, innovative and goal‐oriented team.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional to drive our business growth across the Southern DACH region. This role requires a strategic thinker, solid experience in sales, ideally within the hospitality or travel sector, and the ability to build lasting relationships in a competitive market. Fluency in both German and English, along with a readiness to travel frequently and manage client communication while on the go, are essential to succeed in this position.
Your main responsibility
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with travel agencies and other distribution partners to drive market growth.
- Create and manage individual sales and marketing activities that will deliver results for identified Key Accounts.
- Represent the company at trade shows, luxury travel events, afterwork gatherings and organize Sani/Ikos Group events to strengthen brand presence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and guide strategic positioning.
- Travel frequently (approx. 10 out of 20 workdays/month), managing communication and daily tasks while on the move.
- Collaborate effectively in a hybrid or remote setup, maintaining strong coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Your main qualifications/skills
- University/College degree in Tourism or Hospitality Management, or equivalent vocational education.
- 3–5 years of experience in the Travel or Hospitality industry, specifically in Sales & Marketing for Luxury products, with strong knowledge of the DACH markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, combined with a customer-centric mindset and a high sense of accountability and responsibility.
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is essential.
- Ability to work independently or lead small teams in a hybrid/remote setting, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
- Flexibility to travel frequently and attend client-facing events, including occasional evening or social functions.
