We are looking for an experienced International Controller (all genders) – for the Strategic Business Unit Rental who can start as soon as possible and is responsible for the countries Denmark, Sweden, Austria, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Controlling
    • Implement strategic analyses and evaluate business performance to support the management board
    • Prepare, analyse, and comment ad-hoc analysis, including specific recommendations for strategic decision-making

  • Planning and Budgeting
    • Continuous development of planning and controlling systems, as well as optimisation of analytical and reporting tools to increase transparency and control quality
    • Responsible for the operational implementation of the company-wide planning and budgeting process

  • Reporting and Harmonisation
    • Harmonisation and standardisation of international controlling processes
    • Development of consistent reporting and control structures

  • Projects
    • Support internal and cross-functional projects, including the assumption of sub-project leadership in an international context
    • Support M&A projects and PMI processes


Required Qualifications And Experience

  • Completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in international controlling as well as experience in M&A and PMI projects
  • Knowledge of IFRS is required
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience in a common consolidation tool is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills, an independent and structured working style, and a high level of self-motivation
  • Excellent communication skills, team orientation, and persuasive ability
  • Willingness to travel internationally within Europe (approx. 20%)
  • Open to new ideas and interested in working in an intercultural environment
