The Role: How you'll make an impact at Personio

This position will be office-based (hybrid) in Munich or Dublin. Fluency in German is essential.

Our Customer Experience team thrives on collaboration, working closely with teams across Personio to ensure that customer voices are at the heart of everything we do. We are dedicated to understanding and advocating for our customers, using data-driven insights to shape our customer experience strategies and influence what we build.

As Implementation Specialist (d/f/m) you are a crucial part of Personio’s customer experience by driving product adoption and consulting our customers based on their needs of both new customers during their onboarding phase and existing customers throughout their lifecycle. Additionally, you will support your colleagues with customer escalations when needed.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Product Adoption: Your goal is to ensure a successful implementation for new customers and ongoing optimization for existing customers, empowering them to effectively utilize Personio to the fullest potential.
  • Customer Consultation: You consult customers based on their needs via regular meetings to gain the most value out of Personio.
  • Project Management: You manage multiple customer projects at different stages, from initial implementation to addressing complex, ongoing service needs, ensuring efficient and successful outcomes.
  • Product Knowledge: You’re a Personio product expert and answer customer requests during their lifecycle by addressing their needs and offering solutions from our Professional Services portfolio.
  • Quality Standards: You ensure a high quality for both the initial account set-up of new customers and the seamless execution of specialized requests for existing customers.
  • Internal Support: You provide ad-hoc support to new joiners and act as the go to person for your colleagues by answering their questions about processes and the product, using our knowledge tools.
  • Side projects: You support department-internal initiatives and projects aiming for the smooth flow of our team processes.

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • You have a proven track record of 3+ years in a customer-facing role in a SaaS or B2B/B2C environment.
  • You are a great communicator and fluent in both German and English.
  • You love working with customers, whether they are just starting or have been using Personio for years, by anticipating, prioritizing, and resolving their needs to ensure their continued satisfaction and success.
  • You excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously, and time management is more than just a buzzword to you.
  • You are eager to work with our product on a daily basis and become a real Personio product expert who can identify and solve technical issues that impact the customer experience.
