Why we need you
Maltego is an all-in-one platform used globally by industry experts, analysts, and law enforcement agencies to help secure the internet, protect organizations and individuals against cyber-crime, and support complex investigations across diverse use cases.
We are seeking a Head of Growth to own and scale Maltego’s digital growth through full optimization of our website and digital channels. You will be responsible for capturing demand across all segments: driving webshop sales, growing product-led growth (PLG) from our free version, and generating high-quality inbound leads for Enterprise Sales. Leading a team of two web developers, you will execute high-impact strategies across SEO, CRO, website management to maximize digital revenue and pipeline creation.
You will also build automated journeys to nurture free users and webshop prospects toward conversion.
What to expect
Digital Growth Strategy & Demand Capture
- Own and optimize the full website experience to capture and convert demand across all customer segments.
- Drive product-led growth (PLG) by increasing free product sign-ups, optimizing onboarding, and converting free users into paying customers.
- Design, prioritize, and run growth experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to drive conversion improvements across digital journeys.
- Develop and scale digital campaigns that drive qualified traffic to the website and webshop.
Website Management & Optimization
- Oversee website performance, UX/UI, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to maximize new customer acquisition.
- Manage a team of web developers to continuously improve site speed, personalization, and user experience.
- Implement analytics frameworks to monitor and optimize the full digital user journey from first touch to purchase or lead submission.
Marketing Automation for Free Users and Webshop Prospects
- Design and implement automated journeys that nurture free users and webshop prospects toward conversion into paying customers.
- Build behavioral triggers, retargeting campaigns, and targeted messaging to accelerate free-to-paid and webshop conversions.
- Ensure a seamless handoff of qualified Enterprise leads to the sales team at the point of capture, without ownership of Enterprise lead nurturing.
Analytics & Reporting
- Define and monitor KPIs for webshop sales, digital lead generation, product-led growth, and website performance.
- Analyze and report on the impact of digital growth initiatives, experiments, and optimizations.
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to communicate performance and insights to executive leadership.
Your profile in short
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital sales, or product-led growth, ideally in a SaaS or digital product environment.
- Strong expertise in website optimization, SEO, and CRO.
- Proven success driving product-led growth (PLG) and scaling revenue from freemium or self-service channels.
- Experience generating inbound leads for B2B sales teams through website and digital channels.
- Hands-on experience building marketing automation workflows for freemium users and webshop prospects.
- Proficiency in digital analytics and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar).
- Analytical and experimental mindset with a strong bias for data-driven decision-making.
- Leadership experience managing technical and cross-functional teams, including developers.
- Bias for action, a passion for testing and iteration, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
