Your Mission
As a New Accounts Manager, you'll be the catalyst for success, connecting ambitious businesses with hundreds of millions of customers across European Amazon marketplaces. You'll transform potential into prosperity, helping innovative sellers write their own success stories.
What You'll Do
- Scout and secure high-potential selling partners across European markets
- Lead strategic business development initiatives through consultative selling
- Design and execute game-changing growth strategies for sellers
- Pioneer new approaches to partner acquisition and success
- Transform businesses through expert guidance and Amazon's cutting-edge tools
- Fluency in German and English (C1 minimum, this is an essential requirement as you will be involved in complex contract negotiations)
- Proven track record in sales, consulting, or e-commerce
- Sharp analytical mind with Excel prowess
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
- Self-driven attitude with a hunger for results
- Experience in data analytics
- E-commerce, marketing or sales industry knowledge
- C1 minimum in written & spoken German and English (this is an essential requirement)
- Some experience in Sales/Business Development/Consultancy/Marketing/E-Commerce or similar
- Bachelor's Degree in related field, business, marketing, e-commerce or similar industry experience
- Sharp analytical mind with Excel prowess preferred but we can train the Excel skills
