Key responsibilities:

• SAP Expertise: Hands-on experience in SAP Basis, Security, Role & Authorization, 1st & 2nd level support, incident management, and system integration.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SAP Roles & Authorization, interface technologies, and integration platforms.
• Problem-Solving & Communication: Ability to analyse complex issues, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly across teams.
• Trusted Advisor & Support Specialist: Act as a key expert, providing guidance and ensuring smooth SAP operations.
• Project Involvement: Contribute to major initiatives, including S/4HANA transformation and SAP rollouts across international locations.
• System Maintenance & Security: Manage system updates, patches, user roles, and secure system integrations.
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct root cause analysis and drive quality and performance enhancements.
  
  

We expect:

• Educational Background: Degree in Business Management, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• SAP Expertise: Proven experience in SAP ECC, focusing on Roles & Authorization, System Support, and Basis activities. Experience in S/4HANA is a plus
• Change Management: Ability to implement SAP changes in medium-sized industrial companies.
• Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with ERP, Customer Commerce, Salesforce, and BI Analytics teams to develop seamless solutions.
• Technical Support: Provide 1st- and 2nd-level SAP support while coordinating with external providers for 3rd-level issues.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and German; Spanish or other languages are a plus.
