Your new tasks

• Sales support with offers, presentations and DAT tasks
• Collaboration in quality assurance: carrying out tests, error analysis and data correction
• Analysis and further development of internal processes
• Further development of customer-specific solutions
• Administrative tasks within the scope of operations
• You are the contact person for our customers in the technical area
  
  

What you bring with you

• Technical or commercial training, e.g. IT system administrator or IT specialist or comparable qualification for lateral entry; alternatively many years of experience in the IT system environment
• Good knowledge of IT processes (e.g. ITIL)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Organizational skills, ability to work in a team and reliability
• Experience in dealing with customers and good communication skills
• Ideally, you already have experience and knowledge of web development technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Java)
• Written and spoken German and English
