VP of Product - Core Banking - #2192160

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to lead the vision and execution of the roadmap for our core-banking platform. As VP of Product, you will lead the function with full ownership of the whole product—functional, technical, operational, commercial, and customer success dimensions. You will own the product strategy, delivery, positioning, and lifecycle across the ecosystem, from roadmap to market success, with a focus on delivering unmatched value to B2B customers in diverse, high-growth markets.

Responsibilities:

Product Vision and Strategy

• Define and continuously evolve the product vision and roadmap aligned with company strategy and market needs.
• Drive product differentiation across functional, technical, and service layers to create a compelling whole product experience.
• Champion a deep understanding of the needs of fintechs, neobanks, and legacy banks operating in emerging markets.

Whole Product Leadership

• Ensure a cohesive and differentiated whole product offering that includes not only the core platform features but also integrations, implementation processes, SLAs, documentation, support, onboarding, pricing models, customer experience, and ongoing success.
• Shape go-to-market readiness and product packaging in collaboration with commercial leadership and other customer facing teams.
• Manage and continue to evolve our product and service offerings that are complementary to our core banking platform such as messaging solutions, AML, KYC, etc.

Product Execution and Team Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performance product team.
• Guide product development from discovery through delivery, balancing speed, quality in a replicable and commercially viable manner.
• Implement lean, data-informed product development practices with a strong focus on continuous learning.

Customer and Market Engagement

• Cultivate a direct line of feedback with customers, users, and partners across our markets to inform priorities and increase usage.
• Drive customer-centric product design that respects regulatory, infrastructural, and cultural nuances in each market.
• Lead competitive analysis, market segmentation, and customer insights to guide strategic bets.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of product leadership experience, in B2B SaaS or financial infrastructure.
• Proven success in scaling product functions and delivering mission-critical software platforms.
• Deep understanding of core banking systems, digital banking, or financial services technology.
• Experience with emerging markets (Southeast Asia, Africa) and the constraints/opportunities they bring.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage whole product strategies that go beyond feature delivery.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to align product design with business outcomes.
