Based in Munich, our international Design Team is looking for a Junior Art Director (m/f/d) with a passion for digital storytelling, social media culture, and performance-driven design.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to take creative ownership, bring fresh ideas to life, and be a key player in how Vice Golf shows up online. If you thrive in fast-paced, design-led environments and want your work to have real impact—we’d love to hear from you!

Your Fairway

• Concept and create bold, visually compelling content for social media, ads, email, and web - from first idea to final file.
• Keep a close eye on Instagram / Facebook, visual, and cultural trends, and proactively bring fresh, on-brand ideas to the table.
• Use our ad inspiration tools to identify winning concepts and turn them into standout creative assets.
• Translate marketing goals and performance data into engaging, high-impact visual assets.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and motion designers to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Contribute to brand campaigns, product launches, and storytelling through thoughtful, on-brand design.
• Help maintain a consistent visual language across all touchpoints.
  
  

Your Scorecard

• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
• First hands-on experience (internship, freelance, or personal work) with digital design, ideally in eCommerce or lifestyle branding.
• Confident in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• A sharp visual eye and a passion for modern, high-performing digital content.
• Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable driving creative projects forward.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to grow with a culture-led brand.
• Strong team spirit and fluent English communication.
