About The Role

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve product or service issues and guide with empathy and accuracy
- Document customer interactions in internal systems
- Collaborate with team members and internal departments to ensure issue resolution
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, service, and communication
- Fluency in German (C2) and proficient English (B2)
- EU citizenship or a valid Bulgarian work permit
- High school diploma (minimum required)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site and contribute to a team-focused environment
- Monthly gross salary: 1,890€ to 2,045€ (based on project)
- Monthly transport/internet allowance: 25€ (net, in addition to base salary)
- 10 nights in a hotel in Sofia city center with breakfast included
- Travel reimbursement up to 250 € after completing 6 months of employment
