At Firemind, you won’t just design cloud solutions — you'll help define the AI-powered future of enterprise. As an AWS Premier Partner specialising in GenAI, we’re pioneering the next wave of AI applications using Amazon SageMaker, Bedrock, and agentic workflows. You’ll work with our proprietary PULSE product to design intelligent, autonomous systems, and help our clients evolve toward a product-led GenAI strategy.

This is a full-time, senior technical leadership role with full architectural oversight. You’ll collaborate with major global brands, own solution delivery end to end, and work alongside one of Europe’s most experienced and passionate SA teams — all while staying on the cutting edge of cloud and AI innovation.

Your Role

As a Senior Solutions Architect based in Germany, you’ll be responsible for designing robust, scalable and secure cloud-native architectures on AWS, with a strong focus on data platforms, analytics and AI/ML. You’ll act as a key technical advisor to our clients, define strategic architecture direction, and oversee the successful delivery of high-impact solutions.

In addition to architecting around SageMaker and Bedrock, you’ll help develop and deploy intelligent agentic workflows powered by our proprietary PULSE platform. These systems will enable clients to move toward intelligent automation and decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Translate complex business needs into high-performance AWS-based solutions

Design and implement scalable, secure cloud architectures focused on GenAI and advanced analytics

Deliver solutions using SageMaker, Bedrock and our in-house PULSE product for agentic AI workflows

Lead solution design in collaboration with Sales, Delivery and Product teams

Ensure end-to-end delivery success, from ideation through execution

Promote best practices in cloud, data and AI/ML architecture across client and internal teams

Create clear architectural documentation such as high-level designs and technical blueprints

Contribute to the development of Firemind’s GenAI product-led strategy

What You’ll Bring

Extensive AWS experience with deep focus on data, analytics and AI services

Proven track record designing and delivering complex cloud solutions

Hands-on experience with SageMaker, Bedrock or similar GenAI technologies

Strong documentation and communication skills

Ability to engage technical and business stakeholders with confidence

Commercial understanding and the ability to balance scope, value and risk

A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge

Nice to Have

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional

AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty

Experience with agent-based AI systems or intelligent workflow design
