The Team – your impact

As Senior Agile PMO Digital Programs Energy Markets (f/m/d) you will be working with our Energy Markets/Trading unit and take over a key role in E.ON's digital transformation programs to empower us on our way towards a digital-first energy company.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

• Enable transparency, accountability and decision-making within a complex delivery organization
• Provide all necessary support to build and maintain a flexible, agile delivery structure
• Drive our key Digital Technology growth and efficiency programs in Energy Markets/Trading, aiming to turn E.ON’s trading unit into a digital-first trading powerhouse
• Play a leading role in building our Expert Services practice in Germany, focusing on our agile delivery capabilities and integrating classic project management approaches with scaled agile delivery methodologies
• Build trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring our offers to address their challenges
  
  
  

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

• University degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Extensive experience in agile project and/or product delivery
• Proven track-record of delivering complex digital technology programs, including project management, design, development, testing, rollout, and operations.
• Strong consulting skills, from strategic thinking to problem-solving, effective communication, customer orientation, and organization
• Experience working in delivery teams across multiple location as well as managing external partners in dynamic environments
• Fluent in English and very good German language skills
• Ideally, knowledge of the energy sector and grid business
