Job Description

• Shape the future: You ensure data integrity, analyze data to identify trends, patterns, correlations, opportunities and understand data characteristics
• Reliable work: You conduct hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and predictive modeling as needed and you understand data needs
• Take responsibility: You develop and maintain reports, dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights and create actionable reports. You also translate technical data findings into easy-to-understand insights for non-technical stakeholders
• Holistic overview: You support Data-driven decision: gather, clean, and organize large data sets from various internal sources. You also monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other business metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  
  

Your Profile

• Study field: You are currently studying in the STEM field
• Experience: You already gained experience in data analytics and data science. You also have experience with advanced analytics techniques, such as machine learning models or big data tools (MS SQL, Khoros, Eloqua, Excel, Tableau, Power BI , locker studio, Google analytics, etc.)
• Skills: You have knowledge in machine learning algorithms on supervised and unsupervised learning
• Way of Working: You have strong communication and visualization skills to effectively present findings in a clear and concise manner. Furthermore, you show the ability to draw conclusions from data and recommend actions
• Language skills: You have very good English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled, and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
• You should live close to the site: It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
