We're seeking a talented IT Infrastructure Workplace Specialist to join our Munich team, providing Level 2 support for our office, showrooms, and retail locations across Germany. Reporting to the Manager of IT Client Services for Italy, Germany, and Scandinavia, you'll be part of delivering excellence in technical support that matches our iconic brand.

Must-Have Skills:
We're seeking a talented IT Infrastructure Workplace Specialist to join our Munich team, providing Level 2 support for our office, showrooms, and retail locations across Germany. Reporting to the Manager of IT Client Services for Italy, Germany, and Scandinavia, you'll be part of delivering excellence in technical support that matches our iconic brand.
What You Will Do
- Provide expert Level 2 technical support for Windows 11, macOS, and mobile devices
- Manage and resolve support tickets through ServiceNow for German and Italy operations
- Support hybrid workplace technology including video conferencing and collaboration tools
- Configure and maintain RL IT equipment and systems
- Assist with office moves and equipment setup
- Support mobile device management through Intune Management
- Configure and manage MS authenticator
- Maintain IT asset inventory and management
- Ensure the highest level of customer service to all Ralph Lauren users
- Build Hardware machine with Corporate Windows Image
Must-Have Skills:
- 2-5 years of Level 2 IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 suite and Windows 11/10
- Experience with macOS and iOS devices in enterprise environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and German (Italian is an option)
- ServiceNow ticket management experience
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service focus
- Acknowledge about remote support tools (Zoho and Beyond trust)
- Experience with:
- MDM platforms (Intune)
- Virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom)
- Active Directory and network fundamentals
- Cloud services and security
- JAMF Pro for Mac management
- SCCM server acknowledge
