As Strategy & Operations Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as a key assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), providing day-to-day administrative and operational support
• Supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives of the company including their planning, realization, presentation and tracking
• Preparing agendas, take detailed notes, and summarize key outcomes for internal and external meetings
• Conducting ad-hoc research and analysis on a variety of topics relevant to the renewable energy sector and the COO’s priorities
• Creating, editing, and formatting PowerPoint presentations and other materials according to the COO’s instructions
• Coordinating and following up on action items from meetings to ensure timely completion
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

For this role, ideally, you bring:

• An impeccable academic track record in subjects such as a bachelor’s degree in business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field in the economic sciences
• 1–2 relevant internship experiences in a similar field
• Strong skills in Excel, Word & especially PowerPoint (you enjoy creating clear and engaging slides)
• You work independently, take ownership, and approach tasks in a structured and well-organized way
• You quickly grasp new topics, summarize key insights clearly, and communicate results in a concise and meaningful manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
• Spanish, Polish, or Italian language skills would be a plus
