As a Partner Success Working Student, you will play a significant role in the growth and development of the Maltego Channel Program, empowering resellers to help their clients work more efficiently through the use of Maltego.

What to expect

The Maltego Channel Program drives revenue growth through the adoption, enablement, incentivization, and management of global Sales Partners. In this role, you will help manage the day-to-day operations of our partner ecosystem, supporting resellers across both public and private sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing timely support for partner requests via Freshdesk
• Assisting partners with legal documentation (e.g., NDAs) in collaboration with our Legal Team
• Routing tickets to the appropriate internal teams (Sales, Legal, Account Management)
• Qualifying new partner leads and coordinating handover to the Partner Manager
• Acting as a point of escalation for partner-related issues
• Supporting the evolution of the Channel Program by contributing to playbook creation and organizing technical onboarding sessions
• Ensuring CRM data quality and consistency
• Supporting the Partner Manager in the development and delivery of ad-hoc projects

• Ability to work with various stakeholders and to juggle multiple tasks at the same time
• Problem solver with a proactive attitude
• Quick learner, able to grasp new concepts and internal processes rapidly, and apply them effectively in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are a plus
• A love for speaking with and getting to know people from various cultural backgrounds
• Affinity for software tools and experience using Microsoft Office and SalesForce
• Experience in one of the following roles Sales Enablement, Customer Success Management, Sales Development or Partner Success Management are a plus
