Procurement Assistant Leased Labor (18 months) (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Maintain the internal procurement purchase order management which includes tracking the PO delivery status, processing incoming POs and accepting the process in our system
• Manage the supplier purchase order and payment management
• Continuous communication with our accounting team, follow up on the acceptance and payment process as well as the resolution of irregular payment issues
• Supplier registration and contract management
• Improving the process efficiency as well as contributing to the development of automated processes
• Assist and support with our procurement projects and supplier management
• Continuous communication with our business departments to clarify the purchase requirements and fulfill their expectations as well as developing procurement regulations or work instructions
• Organize process trainings for internal customers
  
  

Your areas of expertise

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the area of international trade/Supply Chain/Logistics/Finance/Economics or other related disciplines
• Relevant practical experience in the field of procurement as well as profound knowledge with E2E procurement process
• Good MS-Office and organizational skills
• Service orientation and the ability to work independently as well as the willingness to take over responsibility
• Fluent in written and spoken Business English, Chinese and German is a good plus
