YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a creative sparring partner to join us on a consistent freelance basis and help elevate our visual presence.

This role can be performed remotely within Germany.

Your mission at EDURINO

• Design compelling corporate visuals and layouts with a focus on digital materials
• Serve different graphical needs for multiple teams, such as social media, production and other internal stakeholders
• Ensure a consistent application of our brand across various channels through visual hierarchy, typography, and identity
• Contribute to motion graphics, from storyboarding to animation
• Collaborate as a creative sparring partner with our team, offering input, ideas, and alternative concepts
• Help execute operational and production design tasks that ensure our product shines across all channels
  
  

It is a match if you…

• Bring around 15-20 hours of availability per week
• Have proven experience as a Graphic or Commercial Designer
• Are skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) or equivalent tools
• Bring a solid experience with motion design (reels, transitions, etc.)
• Have experience working in an iterative environment and managing multiple priorities effectively
• Demonstrate a strong grasp of visual hierarchy, layout, and typography
• Show excellent attention to detail and a proactive, independent working style
• Are passionate about current design trends, tools, and tech
• Possess strong communication and collaboration skills - you're a team player who also thrives on ownership
• Are business-fluent in English and German, both verbally and in writing

How to become part of the team

• We look forward to receiving your application (CV is enough!). Once we have reviewed it and decide to invite you, we schedule a first 30-minute interview where we get to know each other. After our company presentation, you will have the space to tell us why you would be the perfect fit for us and we are happy to answer all of your questions.
• Depending on the position, there is now a small homework for you - either an art/coding test or the elaboration of some questions within a case study.
• We schedule another interview with the direct report of your position. You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved.
• You (e-)meet one of the co-founders. Depending of the position, we will now ask you for some references.
• After a couple of days, we will get back to you with the final decision and you become part of #teamedurino, yay!
• The following onboarding steps include meetings with your onboarding buddy and your team members, getting to know everyone from both our business and tech team and of course receiving your EDURINO onboarding box!
