Application Manager High Power Infrastructure - AI data center and smart factory (f/m/div) - #2172391

In your new role you will:

• Take over responsibility to develop Go-to-market activities for high-power infrastructure in AI data centers and smart factories
• Have a focus on the following applications: Solid state circuit breaker, solid state transformer and relay, as well as industrial UPS
• Create a G2M strategy by working with our regional marketing teams. This G2M strategy explains how we can win with Infineon products in the above-mentioned applications, specifically in AI data centers and smart factories
• Be responsible to drive the creation of Go-to-market (G2M) materials such as an application presentation, product recommendations, and fighting guides together with our systems team based on your G2M strategy
• Promote as many different Infineon products as possible into those applications and explain to the customer how they can benefit from an Infineon solution
  
  

You demonstrate strong communication skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks. Furthermore, you are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation. You promote an awareness of continuous quality in your area of work and recognize opportunities. You have a good sense for profitable business ideas, and thereby, you find useful ways to reach set targets and work out difficult situations through creative solutions. Moreover, you put internal and external customers at the heart of your thoughts and actions while proactively engaging with them about their needs.

Beyond, you are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or similar with a focus on power electronics
• Minimum 5 years of proven and relevant experience in the design and architecture of high-power systems
• Knowledge and experience of integrated solid-state power management systems is highly desired, as well as knowledge of power management systems in data centers or factories
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills, as this role is a lot about bringing teams together to achieve objectives such as the creation of new G2M materials or the G2M
• Willingness to travel regularly, since you will also spend time at the customer, although your main role is driving and supporting our staff in the field
• Excellent English; German would be a plus
