- Promote Sales Operations Excellence: Actively drive the independent selling of our digital portfolio to partners worldwide
- Sales Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient sales processes to streamline operations and improve productivity
- CRM Management: Oversee the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and providing insights to the sales team
- Sales Reporting & Analysis: Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to enhance their effectiveness
- Data Analysis & Implementation: Analyze internal data to identify sales potential and develop suitable concepts for the sales manager
- Marketing Campaign Optimization: Observe and optimize marketing campaigns for existing clients, ensuring their success
- Collaborative Development: Work with our Ad Operations team to develop individual customer solutions and marketing concepts, collaborating with product and tech teams to automate processes
- International Teamwork: Enjoy working in an international team, contributing to a diverse and dynamic environment
- Sales & Media Sales Experience: Ideally, you have initial experience in sales or media sales, preferably in the travel industry
- Interpersonal Skills: You enjoy interacting with people, have a strong service spirit, a hands-on mentality, and a desire to bring projects to success
- Proactive Approach: You think for yourself, approach tasks proactively, and as an organizational talent, always keep an overview. A careful and structured way of working, reliability, and a sense of responsibility are your strengths
- Team Player: You are a team player, and your positive energy is contagious. You know where a helping hand is needed and are always ready to lend one
- Numerical Affinity: You have a strong affinity for working with numbers and handling data
- Communication Skills: You possess excellent communication skills, essential for coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, and ensuring smooth sales operations
- Organizational Skills: You bring exceptional organizational and administrative skills
- Language Proficiency: With good knowledge of German and English, you can effectively communicate with our team of over 35 nationalities
- Technical Skills: You have good knowledge of MS Office applications and ideally, experience with common CRM systems
- 20 days of workation within the EU – work where others go on vacation
