Our software, "Miles", is an ERP software for finance, leasing, fleet and mobility management in the automotive industry. It is a complex end-to-end solution that includes front, mid and back office functions and can be extensively customized to the customer's needs through configuration. Our customers are leasing and financing companies from the automotive industry.

You will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary unit and play an important role in creating, configuring, and assembling the foundational components of Sofico’s solution to support and enhance business processes. By

collaborating closely with clients and project teams, you will design, implement, and deliver tailored solutions that meet the customer needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

As a Junior Implementation Consultant, you'll learn to support our clients during the implementation of Miles, our ERP platform for automotive finance, leasing, and mobility. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants and engineers to:

  • Assist in configuring and customizing the Miles Engine based on client needs
  • Support workshops and gather client requirements
  • Conduct testing and help document solutions
  • Learn to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues
  • Receive mentorship and training in both business and technical domains


Your skills and interests:

We’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow, with:

  • A degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • A strong interest in software, mobility, or ERP systems
  • Analytical thinking and good communication skills
  • Business fluent in both German (C1/C2) and English
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany
