 Netop is a secure remote access platform trusted by banks, governments, and critical infrastructure worldwide. After decades of legacy success, we are relaunching under independent leadership with a sharp product strategy, global customer base, and private equity backing.

You’ll be joining a founder-style executive team rebuilding a lean, modern company from the ground up. Our Managing Director is driving this transformation with strategic clarity and day-one urgency — and now we need marketing to match.

Why This Role Exists:

We're not looking for “brand guardians” or “culture champions.” We’re looking for a marketer who ships. One person who can turn vision into pipeline, events into leads, and content into momentum — fast. You will work directly with the MD to craft and execute our go-to-market across channels, countries, and verticals.

This is a rare opportunity to build something real and strategic — without layers of approval or bureaucracy. You’ll be our first dedicated marketing hire, with full visibility into product, sales, and leadership.

Your Mission:

  • Stand up our lead generation engine and marketing ops stack.
  • Drive visibility around our product relaunches and international events.
  • Create assets, content, and campaigns that help our sales team close and our brand cut through.
  • Build the foundations of a scalable GTM machine — but stay hands-on and executional for now.

What You’ll Own:

  • Campaign Execution: Run multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, events, and SEO.
  • Sales Enablement: Create one-pagers, landing pages, messaging docs, pitch decks, and FAQs tailored to regulated and legacy-heavy buyers.
  • Lead Gen Infrastructure: Set up and run HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, nurture sequences — fully integrated with Salesforce.
  • Product Marketing: Translate features into customer value. Localize and tailor messaging to IT leaders, sysadmins, and compliance-sensitive buyers.
  • Event Marketing: Plan and execute around global events, including pre/post comms and lead capture mechanics.
  • Reporting & Iteration: Monitor funnel performance (MQL → SQL → win), test what works, and adapt fast.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Our events events are fully marketed with clean landing pages, automated follow-ups, and measurable lead conversions.
  • Sales gets what they need — decks, sheets, value props — when they need it.
  • Every campaign has a KPI, and every KPI has an owner (you).
  • Our CRM and automation stack runs clean, fast, and without marketing bloat.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in technical, regulated, or infrastructure-heavy markets.
  • You’ve been the first or only marketer before — you know how to build from zero and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty.
  • You’re a doer with sharp instincts — for content, lead flows, messaging, and timing.
  • You understand how product, sales, and marketing intersect, and you play well with all three.
  • You write clean copy, love systems, respect data, and don’t take yourself too seriously.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with secure remote access, endpoint security, or zero trust tech.
  • Built marketing in carve-out, scale-up, or post-M&A contexts.
  • Fluent in Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, Canva/Figma, and campaign reporting tools.
