Why we need you
We are seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to architect, build, and scale the RevOps function at Maltego. This is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for driving operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
You will be the force behind our commercial engine — aligning process, systems, and data across the customer lifecycle. You'll partner closely with the CRO and GTM leads, build out our operational stack, and lead a small internal team, while augmenting capabilities with trusted external partners.
What to expect
Revenue Operations Strategy & Ownership
- Define and implement the end-to-end revenue operations vision, aligned to company growth goals and overall GTM strategy and motions.
- Build a RevOps roadmap covering sales process, systems, reporting, enablement, and performance management.
- Lead efforts to operationalize both sides of the bowtie funnel from lead acquisition to customer retention and expansion.
Sales Operations Leadership
- Own and optimize core sales processes: lead management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, territory & quota design, variable compensation and incentives.
- Develop and own pricing and customer contract execution, ensuring consistent and compliant quote-to-close workflows in close collaboration with Finance and Legal.
- Support, challenge, and proactively help steer sales leadership with data-driven insights and operational rigor.
CRM Ownership & Systems Architecture
- Take ownership of the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce as the CRM of record and associated tools, lead roadmap, design, and administration.
- Manage internal developers and external partners to build scalable, automated workflows.
- Integrate Salesforce with finance systems to ensure seamless alignment on billing and subscription management, revenue recognition, and renewal management.
Analytics & Reporting
- Deliver trusted, actionable reporting on funnel metrics, forecast accuracy, performance KPIs, and growth efficiency.
- Establish a single source of truth across go-to-market teams by designing a consistent data model and reporting framework.
Enablement, Tooling & AI Integration
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to support onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives.
- Evaluate and implement tools that enhance productivity and scale — including AI-powered forecasting, lead scoring, enablement content generation, and automation of routine workflows.
- Stay ahead of RevOps trends by proactively leveraging AI and emerging tech in system design and go-to-market operations.
Your profile in short
- 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, with a strong track record in Sales Operations in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce (architecture, automation, reporting); Salesforce admin or architect experience a strong plus.
- Proven ability to build and scale RevOps functions from the ground up.
- Strong grasp of go-to-market strategy, sales process design, and forecasting.
- Familiarity with the bowtie funnel concept and how to align systems and data across both customer acquisition and post-sale growth.
- Demonstrated experience with AI tools in RevOps and ability to assess and implement technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in SAAS, software, or high-complexity sales environments is a bonus.
