What To Expect

In addition to comprehensive professional onboarding, including a coach-buddy system, from day one you will gain deep insights into the transaction business and the private equity industry. Expect diverse and responsible tasks, such as:

• Participation in transactions, including the creation of commercial factbooks and information memoranda
• Support and co-development of growth strategies, accompanying our clients in their buy-and-build/platform strategies
• Identification of investment opportunities through target screenings
• Participation in the development of market models and validation of business plans
• Conducting primary and secondary research for market, customer, and competitor analysis, particularly expert interviews
• Supporting product development and project- and topic-specific customer management
• Active participation in the further development of Telescope (OKR system)
  
  
  

Your profile

You have a strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, are an absolute team player with hands-on qualities, and strive for collective success. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following:

• Completed master's degree and initial practical experience in consulting (particularly transaction advisory services/M&A), private equity, or venture capital is ideal.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
