Your mission

• Identify, evaluate, and lead new investments in deep-tech mobility and logistics startups.
• Manage the full investment lifecycle—from deal sourcing and due diligence through to deal execution and portfolio management.
• Work closely with founders and portfolio companies, offering strategic guidance.
• Represent Leap435 at industry events, accelerators, and conferences, building strong relationships within the European tech and investment ecosystem.
• Contribute to internal knowledge building, engage with our LP base and industry network, and continuously challenge the status quo in the industry.
  
  

Your profile

• 3–6 years of experience in venture capital or growth investing.
• Strong academic background in technical disciplines or business.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and close early-stage investments, especially in deep-tech or B2B sectors.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
