What your work will look like:
- Proactively expand our Partnerships business in e-commerce, POS, and Unified Commerce, driving growth with both existing and new partners.
- Proactively hunt for and onboard new partners, taking full ownership of the sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, contract management, go-live, and enablement.
- Manage and grow existing partnerships through account management, churn prevention, upselling new products, and performance optimization .
- Optimize partner performance by conducting business reviews and developing account- and growth plans.
- Drive new business by consistently filling and converting a high-quality pipeline.
- Lead strategic projects that extend and improve how we manage partnerships at Unzer, identifying new opportunities and best practices to increase efficiency and scalability.
- 4+ years of experience in a commercial sales or partnerships role
- Experience working in or with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies, or in a payments-related environment is a plus
- Strong ability to work with internal and external stakeholders across different teams.
- A strong sales mentality: A deal-closer who thrives on hitting and exceeding targets.
- Analytical problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
- Fluency in German and English (written and verbal).
- A self-starter mindset: You take ownership, drive initiatives independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
