Working Student (f/m/d) Business Development, Marketing and Strategy - #2166014

Mode of Employment: Limited, 15-20 hours/week

You’ll make an impact by

• The Siemens Technology Accelerator (STA) tests businesses and commercializes innovative non-core Siemens technologies by creating start-ups or through the sale or licensing of the technology. For more information, please visit www.siemens.com/sta
• You will work closely with an experienced Venture Director and familiarize yourself with the key issues of innovation commercialization
• This will include the evaluation of the business potential of an innovative technology by applying in-depth analyses of technology, markets and competitors and the development of business plans and marketing strategies
• You support the development of marketing strategies for SaaS offerings and generate high-quality content for several channels, support the sales process by researching potential targets and develop sales collaterals, before approaching customers
• In close collaboration with your supervising Venture Director, you will participate in projects, such as organizing and holding interviews with market and technology experts or potential customers
  
  

Your defining qualities

• You are a student of Industrial Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen), Business Management or similar, preferably with a focus on marketing and communication
• You have already completed intermediate examinations (roughly to bachelor level) and have already gained initial professional experience in your field
• You can distinguish SaaS from OnPrem and you have an idea what differentiates marketing in B2B compared to B2C
• You are proficient in using MS Office
• First experience in product sustainability and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), or initial experience with content management systems and graphic programs is a plus
• Experience in start-up development or in consulting are beneficial
• Your written and oral English and German skills are business-fluent
