The Role

We are searching for a Process Auditor (m/f/d) to plan and conduct internal audits, evaluate business processes for efficiency and compliance, and develop optimization proposals. The role involves reporting to the CEO, monitoring process improvements, and strengthening the organization's control environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development and planning of quarterly audit plans in coordination with the CEO
  • Conducting internal process analyses, audits, and ad-hoc reviews, critically evaluating business and work processes and process flows in terms of their efficiency, practicality, accuracy, and compliance
  • Developing optimization proposals, including monitoring, support, and evaluation of the actual implementation of process improvements
  • Conducting follow-up audits and downstream process analyses to assess the effectiveness of implemented measures
  • Ensuring high-quality, management-focused result documentation, with regular communication and reporting (findings, recommendations, and improvement actions) to the CEO
  • Contributing to strengthening the organization's control environment and promoting the continuous improvement process
  • Defining effective process KPIs, including ensuring transparent, regular KPI reporting for the CEO and other committees
  • Creating an annual activity report with key results, actions, and improvements achieved

Key Requirements

  • A completed Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • Extensive expertise in Business Process Management and (process-) audits
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally in the tech sector, with a focus on: Process Management, Internal Auditing, Organizational Development, Restructuring, or Auditing, with possible experience in Quality and Risk Management
  • Process Auditor certification is not mandatory, but is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and quick comprehension
  • Excellent communication and assertiveness skills
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
