Your mission: Make the magic happen behind the scenes.

At NOA, we build smart automations that power the operations of innovative companies - and we need builders like you to bring them to life. You’ll work directly with founders and C-level execs to design, implement, and optimize automated workflows using the latest low-code tools and AI. If you love turning logic into impact and thrive in fast-paced environments, let’s talk.

Your tasks

• Workflow Automation – Design and build clean, reliable automations and solutions with Make, n8n, Airtop, Retool, Loveable and Co.
• Integration Work – Seamlessly connect CRMs, ERPs, databases, and SaaS tools.
• Solution Design – Translate client needs into robust, scalable automation flows.
• AI & Scripting – Super-charge workflows with targeted code or AI where it adds real value.
• Project Ownership – Run client projects end-to-end; you’re a one-person product team from kickoff to go-live.

About you

• Builder at heart – you break down complex problems and solve them with smart logic.
• Hands-on with automation – Make, Zapier, n8n, or custom scripts.
• Tech-savvy – APIs, JSON, and a quick dive into docs don’t scare you.
• Learning by doing – you study something technical or have equivalent real-world experience.
• Client-focused owner – clear communicator who goes the extra mile to exceed the expectations of our clients.
