We have an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Sales Program / Project Manager to join our Sales Leadership team in Munich. If you are seeking to be part of a world-class team and make a significant impact, this role is for you!

Your tasks

The opportunity

What you´ll do

• Collaborate with Sales Managers to guide business reviews and track performance metrics effectively
• Produce flawless reports and presentations using MS Office and PowerBI to monitor key figures, analyze trends, and determine actionable insights
• Design and implement HTML-based dashboards, applying design principles and implementing them in HTML/CSS
• Develop sophisticated analysis tools, including programming activities and automation of manual processes to ensure efficiency
• Participate in or lead transversal projects in line with improvements encouraged by the leadership team
• Support and guide extended Sales teams to meet the company's ambitious targets through mid-long term pipeline management
  
  

What you´ll need to succeed

• Strong technical knowledge in programming with Python, PowerBI, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort with numbers
• Proactive, communicative, and open personality; enjoys working independently while growing in a dynamic Sales team
• Basic knowledge of data import, processing, and analysis
• Proficient in English for business purposes; familiarity with German is a bonus
• Ideally, some consulting and project management experience
