Job Description

We're looking for a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented Program Manager to lead high-impact Sales & Marketing initiatives across our EU shops. You'll play a key role in shaping how discounts and promotions drive growth, optimize profitability, and enhance the customer experience.

Think of this as part strategy, part execution, and all impact. You'll partner closely with Marketing, Pricing, Regional Sales, Merchandising, Operations, and Tech to ensure we're delivering the right promotions to the right customers at the right time.

What You'll Do:

Lead & optimize promotional strategies to drive revenue growth, efficiency, and brand impact.

Turn complex data into actionable insights—supporting both local market execution and central strategy.

Collaborate across teams (Marketing, Sales, Tech, Product) to deliver scalable, high-performing promotions.

Solve hard problems at scale, using data to fine-tune pricing, efficiency, and customer engagement.

Own stakeholder communication, aligning regional sales teams and senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, retail, consulting, or a data-driven marketing function.

Strong Analytical Mindset—advanced Excel Required, SQL Preferred.

Proven ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and deliver results.

A passion for solving complex problems with structured thinking and data-driven decision-making.

Fluency in English (bonus if you speak another European language).
