This is an amazing opportunity to get involved! As a Quote Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our quoting process and driving strategic pricing decisions. Reporting to the Manager, Business Analytics, you will be accountable for delivering quality quotes with a defined strategy. Success will come from working with your Sales and Supplier Development Group. Responsibility will also involve following up on opportunities to yield incremental revenue for Sourceability.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as a key liaison between Purchasing, Supplier Development, and Sales teams to expand product and service offerings for customers.
• Analyze customer inquiries and generate accurate, timely quotes that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with Sales and Purchasing to identify and execute cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate global quoting efforts to support international business opportunities.
  
  

Job Content:

• Collaborate with the Sales team to qualify all assigned RFQs and ensure alignment on customer needs.
• Manage and coordinate the clean-up and upload of raw BOMs, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Develop clear overviews for each quoting opportunity to support decision-making.
• Partner with the Supplier Development Group and Purchasing teams to ensure quotes are completed within established timelines.
• Review cost structures and prepare proposals that balance competitiveness with maximum profitability.
• Ensure all quotations align with company policies, pricing strategies, and business objectives.
• Provide detailed summaries of final quote proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
• Simultaneously track and manage multiple quotations in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all quotation activities.
• Continuously identify and recommend opportunities to improve quoting processes and efficiency.
