Join Us in Shaping a Strategic Digital Initiative We’re building something big—and we’re looking for a student assistant who’s excited to contribute to a high-impact digital transformation project. Your work will help ensure that users—internal and external—can onboard smoothly and confidently. As our student worker you’ll support the documentation and onboarding experience for a major internal platform. This includes designing and maintaining a user-facing onboarding website using our CMS, creating and structuring internal documentation in Confluence.

And this is how you protect the world we live in

• Think from the user’s perspective to anticipate questions and reduce friction during onboarding
• Write and maintain clear, user-focused documentation in English
• Design and populate a content-rich onboarding website using Storyblok CMS
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to translate technical concepts into accessible content
• Support the organization of internal documentation in Confluence
  
  

Who We Are Looking Forward To

• You’re enrolled in a relevant field (Communication, UX, Media, Technical Writing)
• You write and speak in excellent English; German is a plus
• You’re empathetic and user-focused—you can put yourself in someone else’s shoes
• You’re familiar with CMS platforms (e.g., Storyblok, WordPress); no coding required, but technical curiosity is welcome—or are eager to learn
• You’ve worked with Confluence or similar tools—or are eager to learn
• You’re reliable, proactive, and detail oriented
